How to join the conference online ?

The conference will be held in a "Townhall" Microsoft Teams Meeting and will be recorded.

All online participant will receive an invitation with a link to join the conference.

Three conditions to check.
If you answer "yes" to the following questions, you're all set !

1. Do I have a Microsoft account ?
   
2. Did I register for the conference with the email corresponding to my microsoft account ?
3. Do I have the Microsoft Teams APP installed on my desktop/laptop (it is not possible to join from a smartphone) ?

What if I have don't have a Microsoft account ?

You can simply create one WITH the email adress you used to register to the conference. Link to Microsoft account creation.

What if I have a Microsoft account, but with a different email ?

You have two options.

1. Create a new microsoft account with the email adress you registered to the conference.
2. Send us the email corresponding to your microsoft account and we will send you a new invitation to join the conference (pfc2024@sciencesconf.org). 

What if I don't have the Microsoft Teams App on my desktop ?

You can simply download and install it and connect yourself with your microsoft account. Link to Microsoft Teams download.
